The Regeneration of Glasgow’s Woodside Multi-Storey Flats Tackle fuel poverty whilst exemplifying a shift to retrofitting high rise housing. Collective Architecture was commissioned to undertake the refurbishment and thermal upgrade of three, 22 storey flats; 1350 flats in total in the North of Glasgow. This future project is the first of its kind in Scotland and include an intergenerational, Passivhaus facility which combines an Early Learning and Childcare Centre for 128 children with 27 older person’s independent-living homes above.
